    Me too :-( My workout streak ended at 12 days, since I messed up with TiVoing the UFC properly at 7pm and had to wait at my parents' until 11pm and lost the will to workout way before it was over at 1am.

    Going to run to my parents' house today with the kid though. That's over 3 miles away. Very long distance for us two non-runners.

    Legs and lower back day.

    Did a total of 35 squats with 155 pounds and then 20 deadlifts with same weight.

    25 decline bench situps

    Jumped rope for very short time before and after. Played with my new homemade mini medicine ball too. (mini basketball filled with water)

    30 minutes of leg kick combos
    20 minutes of sparring
    10 minutes of pushups, situps, get up and do some knees - repeat
