BB Curls 2 X 10
Tricep Pushdowns 2 X 10
DB Curls 2 X 10
Tricep Rope Extensions 2 X 10
Lat Pulldowns 2 X 10
DB Rows 2 X 10 (each arm)
Upright Rows 2 X 10
Military Press 2 X 10
Set-Ups 2 X 50
Pushups till exhaustion
10 minute short run
Once I get back into the roll of things I will seperate bodyparts to days, probably what I had last time I was training about a year ago which was:
Mondays - Chest / Tricep
Tuesday - Back / Bicep
Wednesday - 30 Minute run for distance (rest)
Thursday - Legs
Friday - Shoulders / Ab
If I don't end up seperating body parts into days, I am pondering just trying to do crossfit-type workouts
