its not going to hurt anything.
genetically speaking, humans were invented before beds, so thats easy math.
i do occasionally but my lower back gets sore from work sometimes, even with a belt on.
Running shoes = Beds.

i noticed, in my case at least, that it brought me to a place akin to the mother's womb.
i may be insane but just flopping on the ground and letting go of yourself and everything but the current sensation is very calming and relaxing.
you could say that it makes you more grounded.

laying on the floor is like a coming home feeling for me.
i find it very comforting.
it makes my body feel good too.
