Default Stuff to do with a barbell in a corner

    http://www.straighttothebar.com/2007...a_barbell.html

There's a whole lot of other stuff listed in that link if you're interested.

    The Modified Hammer Jammer

    Lumberjack Squat

    Bent over rows

This works great. I'm usually at a greater angle than this guy but whatever floats your boat.

    Modified high pulls

This also works really well as long as your form doesn't get wonky.

    Overhead squat

    Floor press

    Modified Jefferson Lift

    Modified stiff legged deadlift

    Modified Seated Overhead Press

    Suitcase Deadlift

These are nice if you feel the traditional version of this exercise is a little to taxing on your spine and hips.

You could if you had access to a T bar.

Well the pics showed the guy in a gym... wasn't really thinking about home stuff. If the guy had been doing this in his living room then it would have made a little more sense to me I guess.

i have a circuit i do with a barbell in a corner, but i used to have to do it in a spare bedroom, so i have a barbell with a padded end, i covered the end with an extra floor mat and a pillowcase, then duct taped that shit.

i would put a 35 and a 25 pound plate on, then do this circuit (go from start to finish with little to no break, and complete the circuit 3 times):

10x thrusters each hand (basically a one armed push press, but with a supinated grip, and the stance is more for building rotational strength- ie the first 10 would be left handed, so the right foot would be forward, and the hips would rotate right during the press.)

10x over head squat (holding the end of the bar directly overhead. you need to stand almost leaning into this, to get the proper form)

turn around, and lean back into this, and do hack squats x10 (i only do one side per circuit, alternate sides each round)

then hold the end of the barbell in both hands and do slow controlled overhead twists to the extreme opposite side- one rep equals left to right and back. x10 (this is a hard one to explain-basically you want to hold the barbell at arms length and do a full 7 o clock to five o clock motion, keeping your arms straight. this kills your obliques.

then straddle the bar and do bent rows x10. (these are the mental part, as the weight isnt taxing, but youre most certainly out of gas.)

this is a beast workout for minimum time/setup. can be done in 15 minutes and will hit even the most advanced athletes. good full body usage.

actually that hammer jammer shit dude is doing is a good example of the thrusters, but i make sure to use the rotation (imagine punching upward with a lot of velocity) in order to increase the motion of this lift, he seems to be making it more of a tricep movement rather than a ballistic movement, but i only se a bottom/top sequence so cant tell for sure.

Sorry, I should have prefaced that in the beginning.

this setup is also great if you want to do heavy hack squats but dont have a hack squat machine-you will need a spotter though, as cleaning the weight and turning around etc will not enable you to go as heavy. you can lean way back into it and really hit the interior quads hard (that badass teardrop muscle inside your knee) if you have some one to catch the weight or if you can drop it. still have to go to one shoulder or another, but it doesnt really translate to an imbalance on your legs.
