An article on the 5/3/1 principle that Jim Wendler has developed after 20 plus years of strength training. If you have access to a gym and your interested in weight lifting but your confused by a lot of misinformation out there and afraid to dip your toe in the water this would be a good blueprint for developing a solid program to follow.
If you're not sure how the lifts he's talking about work then I almost guarantee you can find an example of any of them on the site this article is linked to or you can find them on youtube.
